TheNet/S Account also gives full Internet access, including WWW, Full Usenet newsgroups, FTP access, Telnet and e-mail facilities. This account has an advantage as it receives a permenantley assigned IP address. This allows the possibility of multiple e-mail boxes. This is basically the ability to have sub-addresses within one e-mail address. This can be used to direct messages to the relevant sections within a business, or to seperate e-mail for the various members of a family.

Where hostname is a name for the account that would be chosen by yourself at the time of subscription. The term user refers to any name that you wish to use as an e-mail box at any given time. You can have any number of these and it is not necessary to consult with us before adding them. Although you can have multiple e-mail boxes this account should not be confused with an account for multiple users.
